Experience local maritime culture with day trips to Halifax (30 mins), Oak Island, Mahone Bay, Chester and Lunenburg. Our guests enjoy a pleasant mix of relaxing on the ocean, evenings enjoying the waterfront view by the fire pit or on our expansive wrap-around deck and unique day trips to the many local restaurants and places to see.
Boaters will note the mooring & private wharf available for guests. The seasonal dock has a swimming ladder, fresh water & an electrical hook-up. There's easy entry to the water for swimming, a double hammock and fire pit with plenty of chairs for seating.
You will also love the interior features and extensive amenities in the villa, as well as the outdoor spaces and oceanfront.
Environmentally friendly heating and cooling is provided with a high efficiency heat pump and electric thermal storage units.
